1. Welcome to ExamScanify

By using our app, you agree to follow these simple rules. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

2. Using the App

You can use ExamScanify for your personal or educational work. Our answer sheets support up to 40 items per sheet. When downloading A4 size sheets, you can choose layouts of 1, 2, 4, or 6 sheets per page. Our scanner is unified, meaning a single camera interface can scan all your different exams by automatically detecting the binary data (Assessment IDs and Student Roll Numbers) printed on the sheets. Please don't try to copy our code or break the app's security.

3. Ownership

The app, its design, and the technology behind it belong to us. You're welcome to use it, but you don't own the software itself.

4. Your Account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. We use secure services like Google and Firebase to protect your identity. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

5. Accuracy and Responsibilities

The app uses smart technology to grade exams, but it isn't perfect. Things like bad lighting or messy marking can cause mistakes. To save battery, the camera will automatically pause after 30 seconds of inactivity.

6. Premium Subscriptions

We offer Monthly and Annual subscription plans through RevenueCat. These subscriptions automatically renew but can be cancelled at any time through your app store settings. Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience.

7. Ads and Free Use

Free users receive 15 free scans daily. Once used, you can watch a rewarded ad to unlock 15 minutes of unlimited scanning (a countdown timer will be displayed). We also display banner ads on various screens and interstitial ads after you export results or answer sheets. Premium subscriptions remove these ads.

8. Liability

We provide this app "as is." While we work hard to make it great, we aren't liable for any data loss, mistakes, or problems caused by using the app.

9. Data Management

You can delete your account or specific data at any time. When deleting exams, students, or classes, they are marked as inactive ("soft-deleted") to ensure that printed answer sheets with binary data remain compatible. Deleting your entire account or uninstalling the app will permanently remove your configuration. Always export important results first!

10. Changes and Contact
